Returns / Exchanges are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Used items
Items without original tags or packaging
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may be issued via:
Bank transfer
Store credit
Cash refunds are not available.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
